  1. I wonder when are they finally going to introduce cheat codes into the game. I want to play with some cheat codes.

    I hope they give you something like "whosyourdaddy" (god mode) from warcraft 3. I want to do the campaigns in god mode.

  2. I get the logic behind imperial tech speed nerf for delhi, but x15 is clearly way too far. Something like x7.5 to x10 at most should get the intended effect without it being overly ridiculous.

  3. To make Horsemen actually a counter to archers a good idea might be if you connect with horsemen into archers you apply a slow debuff, making it harder for them to run and shoot.

  4. Let me get this straight. A triple a game company listened to it's players' feedback, released a major bugfix and balance patch, and did it SOONER than they promised? I like this, keep it up 🙂

  5. They should've made the chinese dynasty indicator in the same way as the "stress test" and have it bounce all over the screen to distract you from the game!

  6. Well, here's food for thought: Why even have the things you listed as "direct balance" changes, when the highest priority as of right now should be fixing as many critical bugs as possible?
    It seems like a moot point to even try to do actual balance changes, when in reality, a boatload of things did not work as advertised and may or may not be the entire reason why a civilizations units stats felt off. I'm all in favor of doing balance changes in order to rein in things that are too powerful in comparision, but this is a wasted effort when not all pieces on the board are behaving the way they should in the first place, faulting any kind of data one could draw.

  7. The best feature of this patch is the Abbasid spearmen range increase. It's really good for killing off enemy villagers 15 minutes into the game from your base.
