I took classes with one teacher but I have no confidence to appear in CFA exam. I was totally hopeless but fortunately I found fintree on YouTube and frequently followed fintree crash courses. Then my expectations level improve from ground level to sky as a reasult I cracked CFA L1 exam. In utkarsha sir's those videos actually changed the life of thousands students, like me other many student,s live,career has been changed. I found these videos are so helpful in revision time. I first watched these nice videos and then started to penetrate into core reading from schweser. I passed L1 in just short time, reason is fintree no doubt. Iam very very thankful with fintree n utkarsha sir.

11:10:10 Sir Under U.S. GAPP for operating lease we need to create ROU and Lease liability as total cost of lease and then we will amortise the total lease cost on straight line method to Income statement.( as per SCHWESER NOES )
Is it so or we just need to record payments as simple rent/lease expenses?

Where did cfa mocks available without cfa institute modules
Hello, I was wondering about the calculation in the financial calculator regarding time stamp 3:24:17, I plug in the numbers in the calculator as follows N= 80/365= 0.21917808, PV= -98 , FV= 100 Comput I/Y= 5.95%. I also am facing the same problem in timestamp 3:38:18 where I don't get how is PV= 100 and for FV I'm getting 144.15. Also when is it appropriate to use 365/90 and in the time stamp 3:24:17 we used 80/365? Just need some clarification. Thank you.
Sir my attempt is in August 30 for L1. But I am unable to give my exam due to Covid can I defer my L1 to next exam cycle without additional payment.
